Nope I'm not referring to the strays in the estate but the similarly unwanted visitors from the sky. Sigh.
The bad news was the downpour. The good news was that it poured during lunch so no one was caught in the rain. Noenetheless, one could hear the collective groan when the skies opened up. They were so much looking forward to their afternoon programme! Immediately, I had a surge of students rushing to me and asking what's going to happen to their afternon programme. Will it be cancelled? How can?? Not fair!?
Currently, we are monitoring the weather forecast and lightning risk very carefully and further updates will be in as soon we have decided on the programme proper.
Meanwhile, more pictures have been uploaded!

Hi there parents! Let's storm heaven that the rain will cease soon :)
ReplyDeleteDear God, we praise n thank you for a safe journey for the kids as they travel to the campsite yesterday . Thank you for a wonderful weather allowing the kids to start off their adventure without any hiccup.
We continue to lift up to you the weather today. May you grant the boys yet
another day of fun as they continue to bond, play and explore together among themselves. But to do that we need the clear sky God...with you everything is possible.
We also ask of you to continue to protect all the boys as well as the teachers and the teams from all harm and danger.
We ask this in Jesus name, Amen!
See you later son!
My apologies, all Christian parents I meant.....
